Enjoyed my Purple Thang also, till I lost it, and am a loyal Bernina girl myself. But the best was your Mother's handwritten notes in the Pfaff instruction book... what a meaningful treasure to have, as well as her machine. My father passed away 7 years ago, and every time I come across something with his handwriting, it always catches my heart by surprise and I feel as if he is sitting there with me. xoVictoriahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06913095438247860953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-66833819337170538.post-90803934903118031202010-02-11T05:53:10.335-08:002010-02-11T05:53:10.335-08:00I'm taking copious notes! I think my favorites are the simple rotary cutter and grid rulers. I'm always on the hunt for just the right sewing needle for hand-sewing on binding. I have no problem snacking while creating as long as the project is for me. Or just an occasional MnM break.Terriawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00420615575308397326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-66833819337170538.post-3647710279745710502010-02-10T15:11:48.359-08:002010-02-10T15:11:48.359-08:00Thanks for such an informative post, Joan. The purple thang was also on my list. But there are some great ones here. My next podcast is going to be a follow up from the last one, as listener's e-mailed me some of their favorites and I think they should be shared. I would love to reference your post. Would that be okay with you?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11515452957964923679noreply@blogger.com
