Pillows, glorious pillows!

I did it! I finished Molly’s throw pillows to go with her quilt! And just in time, because she moves back to the dorms today! Sniff. Sniff. But don’t feel too sorry for me, because her college is only 25 miles away, and I often get to see her weekly. These are the first pillows I’ve ever made! My mother would be so proud of me! Hopefully sometime this weekend I’ll get a picture of her new dorm suite all set up!

With wishes, true and kind,
joan

  2. Wow Joan, you are so productive! I just love these beautiful pillows, I think your daughter will be proud of you too! You are so right about that Kaffe vase fabric, doesn't it set off everything else so well. Will look forward to seeing the dorm pics! I'm glad she won't be too far away. xo

  5. Georgeous! One day, I'll learn to quilt. And make pillows. And I'm pretending that my oldest won't be going away to college in 2 very very short years....

  10. Oh Joan, why did I never saw those on your facebook profile. They are gorgeous! You know what, if I should have listed my favorite fabric designers my list would match with yours by nearly 100%. Fassett, Butler, Baily, Horner and the inspirations of Sarah Fielke.
What a pitty Oregon is so far away...
So I have just all those inspirational pictures to enjoy. Brigitte
